Workplace Mediation

Conflict in the workplace can manifest itself in many forms from miscommunication, poor leadership to extremes such as bullying.  This can lead to low productivity, depression and work related stress.  In an ideal world conflict would be tackled as it arises but this rarely happens. 

ER expert’s mediation process is a system of conflict resolution that provides a confidential safe space to allow participants the ability to work through their disputes leading to lasting resolutions. Mediation is voluntary and conducted on a ‘without prejudice’ and confidential basis, which can often be concluded in a day.   

The mediator is a neutral person who is there to assist those in conflict in their discussions by helping them to identify and reframe the issues, communicate effectively, find areas of common ground and to negotiate fairly.  Mediation is led by the parties involved. They hold the power to determine what the mediation will eventually achieve as they have the best understanding of the conflict.
